Where we ship: We currently ship within the United States.

Processing: Orders are packed in small batches from our California kitchen and typically ship within a few business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking (we ship via FedEx and other major carriers) as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery: Delivery times vary by destination; most orders arrive within a week of shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Freshness: Ghips are made in small batches and shipped fresh. If your chips arrive damaged or in poor condition, email sales@eatghips.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll make it right — see our Refund Policy.

Wholesale: Retailers can order through Faire, or contact wholesale@eatghips.com for direct arrangements.
