Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on U.S. orders of $99 or more after discounts, before taxes. Below that threshold, economy shipping is $3 for our current retail packs. Standard shipping is $3 for order totals from $10 to $49.99 and $7 for totals from $50 to $98.99. Available services and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders are packed in small batches from our California kitchen and ship within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. We ship via FedEx and other major carriers.

Delivery

Delivery times vary by destination. Most orders arrive within a week of shipping.

If something arrives damaged

Ghips are made in small batches and shipped fresh. If your order arrives damaged, crushed, or incorrect, email hello@eatghips.com within 14 days with a photo and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Wholesale

Retailers can order through Faire or Airgoods, or contact wholesale@eatghips.com for direct arrangements.
