Welcome to Ghips. By using eatghips.com and purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Products: Our products are food items intended for personal consumption. We make every effort to display our products, ingredients, and allergen information accurately. Ghips are made with ghee, which is derived from butter (dairy); please review product information carefully if you have allergies or dietary restrictions, and contact us with any questions before ordering.

Orders & pricing: All prices are in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including in cases of pricing or listing errors — with a full refund of any amount paid.

Subscriptions: Subscribe & Save purchases are billed and delivered every 4 weeks, with a minimum of two billing cycles. After that, they continue until you cancel, with no cancellation fee. Manage your subscription through the link in your confirmation email or contact us for help.

Products by arrangement: Certain products (such as our Office Subscription) are available by arrangement only. Access credentials are provided at our discretion.

Intellectual property: All content on this site — including the Ghips name, logo, product photography, and written content — is the property of Ghips and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghips shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the products at issue.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies.
